 joby_toss: You can get the size down to 25mb by removing unnecessary locales files and applying upx compression onto the "bin" folder.
One thing to keep in mind: this one does not include a player, but you can define your preferred audio/video player in settings.

 webfork: Podcast listings are primarily software related, but if you have been to Youtube and liked just one channel, type in the name of the channel in the Youtube tab and subscribe. You will suddenly have a very good reason to have a podcast tool: this downloads quickly in the background and in high quality.

Why can't I set the language to English? I know Dutch but I prefer English. The Dutch translation is far from complete and what has been translated is.. well not what I want..
