Another one that compares audio content is Similarity, which is freeware. http://www.music-similarity.com/
I have used both the audiocomparer.com and music-similarity.com applications. Both work remarkably well, but neither is a "portable" app.
This works. You have to be careful how you set up the parameters, but it worked rather well.

Similarity is now portable according to its change log from 2010-01-19: Portable mode, all data stored in same folder with exe file, use "similarity.exe /portable"
I've gotten decent results with both Duplicate Music Files Finder and Similarity, but I prefer the latter.
