Marxio Timer is a scheduler that supports up to 16 predefined actions such as turn off/restart computer, display text or play sound, run/terminate programs etc. Many options are available for configuring when actions are executed, including at selected hour, cyclically, after selected amount of time elapses, CPU usage above/below certain value etc. Marxio Timer optionally displays a countdown window, and it can be minimized to the system tray.
Note: The official program is offline and an archived copy has been posted (thanks NickR). The author has been contacted and says he has no interest in making it available in the future.

I've uploaded it here:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bY-z_yUAJMSQR5ds8jIJB01hwEB1i2fJ/view?usp=sharing
an interesting forum about making portable:
https://www.portablefreeware.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6743#p26304
the steps decribed by joby_toss
worked with making Marxio portable - have the config subfolder in the app folder, somewere; so, it saves settings here, not in Users... etc.
hope it's helpfull

V1.11.1
I enjoyed the program, and used it for a while, then I forgot about it. I felt a need to run it, so started it back up. It had worked just fine for a while here, but it popped up that error, "Encode date error."
BTW, the version that I had installed was 1.12.2
Looking at the projects website: http://marxio-tools.net/en/marxio-timer.php
It shows an "improvement" that was to be removed from a future version, although I don't know if it was ever implemented or done...
That 'feature'?
-> 60 days time limit called AntiBug system
I altered the date, and was able to run the program without any dialog or popup. Timebugs :(
Had problem with 1.13 like everyone else with the error
Found this Portable Marxio Timer version that works though
http://www.freecong.com/view/marxio-timer-free-portable-timer-reminder-task-tool/
I found a number of old versions of this app at http://filepig.org/download/marxio_timer_1.11/
I've heard that 1.12 was a timebomb, and so I'd presume that any of the 1.13 versions I've seen references too are also such. So it seems 1.11 is the last "good" version. No standalone zips though, and the installer needs administrative privileges, so I can't run this installer at work :(
Mirrors created just to be sure: https://mir.cr/0GC6GCUT
It's the executable shared by pkl9kpl put inside a ZIP file. Hashes for the EXE are:
