Page Update Watcher checks your favorite web pages for updates. Updated pages are indicated using a different icon, and you can also choose to be alerted via popups/email/sound. Bookmarks are organized in user-defined groups, and update checks can scheduled to run automatically or invoked manually.

It does not work in automatic mode too.

For me it doesn't work at all. Though not sure if it's capable to read a page like http://example.com/meassageboard/index.php?showforum=123
