Synopsis: Instant Rails is a portable Rails web application server that consists of Ruby, Rails, Apache, and MySQL. It includes the full source code of the cookbook application developed in the Rolling with Ruby on Rails tutorial, as well as the Rails-based blogging software Typo as a preinstalled sample web application.
Writes settings to: Application folder
How to extract: Download the ZIP package and extract to a folder of your choice. Launch InstantRails.exe.

It is very likely to be a false positive if only a few engines raise the red flag.
