[Anonymous] FriedGeekI highly recommend this software. I have to use it at the end of every quarter to create a list of the documents I've done. [2007-02-16 06:32]

[Anonymous] vasilijpupkinI've tried it, the program does its job good but crashes constantly while I try to close it (Windows XP SP2). Don't know if its my systems glitch or programs, but I'm gonna try some other similar tools. [2007-05-02 13:25]

[Anonymous] Edub9I love it and have been using it for years.
I use this to create lists of website files and folders when
testing installs and it makes my testing and sorting much easier.

[Anonymous] kiestSo many directory listers, but none that supports unicode?! Finally found one in an unlikely category - 'SearchMyFiles' by Nirsoft. http://www.portablefreeware.com/index.php?id=1485 [2009-08-02 08:50]

[Anonymous] pmo@kiest: I have found another portable freeware tool supporting unicode.. The file list creator. I think you can also add folders and there are lots of other features making work easier - http://www.sttmedia.com/filelistcreator [2010-01-15 01:35]

All HTML tags will be removed from your comment. URLs (http, https, ftp) will be automatically detected and hyperlinked. I reserve the right to delete irrelevant, frivolous or offensive comments. For more general topics (eg. whether apps that write to the registry, leave traces on the host machine, rely on certain versions of IE etc. can be considered portable), please post to the Portable Freeware Discussion forum. If your virus scanner has detected a virus in the application, please email the author directly or post to the forum. Note that false positives (i.e. flagging a virus when there is actually none) are extremely common for virus scanners. When in doubt, try an online scanner like Online Malware Scanner or VirusTotal, which scans files using multiple anti-virus engines. It is very likely to be a false positive if only a few engines raise the red flag.
