Awesome for simple spreadsheets without the need to bring up the monster 'Office' suites. I use this for simple cataloging.

If you work with text files much this is one of those tools that's great to have in your tool box.

Superb tool! Great when you work with logs

This is one of my 'basic' portable apps since the beggining. With this I have solved the portability to Linux and other OS of almost all my personal data: contacts, to-dos, agenda...

Very well programmed....Brilliant, fast and simple.

It's not stealth. Some minor settings are kept in the registry

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\user\current\C:\Users\My Name\My Portable Software\CSVed\seWindow]
"Top"="10"
"Left"="10"
"Width"="380"

It doesn't seem to open files with more than 256 columns as I was told it would.

Never mind, at least it was free.

CSVed v2.5 released 25-APR-2017

Worthwhile CSV utility indeed, but annoyingly, the developer keeps neglecting to refresh his program
outdated internal date-stamp/version-ID tags:

CSVed v2.5.1 released 10-JUN-2017

Regrettably, despite several gentle reminders to the developer, this fine program is still marred by a slipshot attitude towards time-stamping successive PE:
(one needs to rely on the calculated hash values or the entropy # to differentiate executable versions...)

c:\>sigcheck -a -h -v CSVed.exe:
